Service availability depends on the type of service. For a Shared Hosting account, its creation and availability is almost instantaneous from the moment we receive payment confirmation. For Virtual Servers, it may take a few minutes to prepare after purchase. For Dedicated Servers it may take 24 hours to be available after purchase. These times may be longer depending on other purchases that may affect our available stock.
You can access your website in different ways, depending on the service you subscribe to. In shared hosting accounts, access is made via cPanel, allowing access through sFTP and the cPanel backoffice and its File Manager. On virtual servers, you can access through the Proxmox control panel, ssh and other accesses configured by you. In Cloud Hosting and Website Configurator services you will have ssh access or through the CloudCMD File Manager.
The minimum service duration is 1 month for any service except Dedicated Servers, whose minimum service duration is 3 months.
Yes! In cPanel accounts, you can choose any technology based on PHP and/or HTML. In Cloud Hosting services, the freedom of choice is exactly the same, allowing you to choose any platform based on these technologies. In Website Configurator services, the available platforms are those provided in the service itself, and the offer is expanded with new offers whenever possible.
To cancel any of your services, simply stop paying for them and do not renew them. It should be noted that, for services whose minimum duration has not yet been exceeded, it will be necessary to maintain payment during the contracted period.

Cloud Hosting is the provision of a virtual infrastructure completely dedicated to each client. By purchasing your service, you are actually purchasing a web server of your own, virtual, with disk space just for you. Additionally, being hosted in cloud infrastructure means you don't have to worry about any infrastructure configuration, the system will handle the entire configuration, and your hosting will automatically transition to another server in our cloud infrastructure in case of need. If there is some kind of outage on one of our servers, your hosting will be automatically transferred to another server in order to reduce any type of outage and automatically recover from crashes. Cloud Hosting can also be redundant, meaning it will be replicated and balanced across HostingSpirit, ensuring maximum availability and distribution of users automatically depending on their geographic location.
